The Koboyama Burial Mound is located at the summit of Mt. Kobo (about 650m above sea level) in eastern Matsumoto City. About 4,000 Yoshino and double-flowered cherry trees are planted from the foot of the mountain to near the summit, and their pale cherry pink color adds color to the landscape. The gradual change of cherry blossom gradations is also magnificent.
