This exhibition, held at the milestone of the 80th anniversary of the end of the war last year, is co-hosted with the Buried Cultural Properties Center. Based on excavation results and the center's research, it covers about 120 years from the arrival of Commodore Perry in 1853 to the end of the Vietnam War in 1975, introducing the relationship between Yokohama and the military and memories of past wars through ruins, landscapes, and monuments remaining in the region.
