During the Ibara Cherry Blossom Festival, paper lanterns are lit at two spots - Ibara Embankment and Aihara Park - allowing visitors to enjoy night cherry blossoms. Aihara Park is located at the entrance of 'Yome-irazu Kannon-in,' one of Ibara City's leading tourist spots. Cherry trees are planted over a wide area, and there are benches as well. Enjoy approximately 840 m of cherry blossom-lined avenue with about 300 Yoshino cherry trees. *Only paper lanterns will be lit during the period.
