In Izu Inatori, there has been a custom since the Edo period of decorating a pair of hanging ornaments on both sides of the hina doll platform during the Doll Festival. You can view the hina hanging ornaments that have been passed down from parent to child, and from child to grandchild, at four venues in the town! The main venue is "Hina no Yakata" in Inatori Bunka Park. Handmade dolls, each made with care, wish for the happiness of children.
