A nature-rich park of about 20,000 tsubo surrounded by trees just south of JR Mishima Station South Exit. About 14,000 years ago, when Mount Fuji erupted, lava flowed out (Mishima lava flow), and on this lava, naturally seeded trees, trees planted when Prince Komatsunomiya Akihito's villa was being landscaped, and more, over 160 species of trees grow. The "Sakura Plaza" on the north side of the park bustles with many hanami visitors during cherry blossom season.
