A couple talking in one place, holding hands on the way home, a secret base with friends—. Mayumi Takahashi has continued her creative activities based on motifs of daily life with family and the lives of local people amid the rich nature of the four seasons in northern Shinano. Her works, imbued with the wish to 'not forget, to leave behind what is important,' deeply touch the heart with the warmth of human connections. Through Mayumi Takahashi's creative dolls, spend a moment reflecting on various 'hometowns.'
