An oyster hut opens for a limited time at Nishikinohama Park. In addition to white wine steamed oysters that bring out the oyster's unique umami and finish them plump and juicy, a variety of oyster dishes such as fried oysters and ajillo are offered, and this time a hearty seafood gangan-yaki steaming shrimp and scallops is also available.
