A gourmet festival where 16 restaurants in Hachinohe City and Misawa City, Aomori Prefecture, serve bouillabaisse using Hachinohe seafood. The bouillabaisse uses at least four types of seafood landed at Hachinohe Port and locally grown vegetables. After enjoying it as a soup dish, each restaurant offers its own original finishing dish, allowing you to enjoy different tastes of seafood and soup in one dish. Also, because the seafood used changes depending on the catch and procurement situation, you can always enjoy seasonal seafood.
