A place of relaxation for citizens with diverse enjoyment, including a flower viewing plaza, toddler plaza, a pond where you can fish, and the 'Babbling Brook' with beautiful flowing water. The astronomical observatory in the 'Star Plaza' has telescopes with low eyepieces for easy observation by children, and observation sessions are held regularly. In spring, cherry blossoms in full bloom fill the entire park, making it famous as a cherry blossom spot.
