Itami City Museum (I/M) has a Japanese garden designed by Kanto Shigemori, a leading Japanese garden designer, and partially renovated by his successor Chisao Shigemori. At I/M in spring, while viewing the Japanese garden, enjoy sake from 'Itami, the birthplace of refined sake' along with appetizers created by French chef Takefumi Saito, dedicated to the marriage with this sake.
