An afternoon tea featuring strawberries 'Amarin' and 'Kaorin' grown at Tokorozawa Kitada Farm in Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture. You can taste two strawberries with different characteristics at once: 'Amarin' with its vivid red color and condensed sweetness, and 'Kaorin' with its rich aroma and deep flavor. A lineup of gorgeous sweets that herald the arrival of spring, such as cherry blossom Mont Blanc, cherry blossom and matcha verrine, and strawberry mille-feuille with a light texture. Strawberries and cherry blossoms are also incorporated into the four types of savories, creating enjoyment not only in sweetness but also in changes of saltiness and aroma.
