A major spring event where you can enjoy the changing of the seasonal flowers, with the catchphrase 'Japan's spring starts at Lake Hamana'. In 2026, with the theme 'Hearts Bloom with Flowers and Hot Springs', not only flower facilities but also surrounding day-trip hot spring facilities are introduced together. At Hamamatsu Flower Park, one of the main venues for flower facilities, cherry blossoms, tulips, wisteria, roses, irises, and hydrangeas bloom in succession; cherry blossom light-ups are held from late March to early April, and wisteria light-ups from late April to early May.
