A fair will be held at eight restaurants in Obama City, all offering the local hidden soul food "soy sauce dried fish" at once. Soy sauce dried fish was chosen as the No. 1 "most familiar taste" in a local survey, surpassing the famous grilled mackerel, and is truly Obama's everyday food. The traditional taste, also certified as "100-Year Food" by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, is characterized by the fragrant aroma of scorched soy sauce. Each restaurant offers creative set meals, providing an opportunity to savor the deep food culture of this region that goes well with both rice and alcohol.
